[MITgcm-devel] explicit vertical mixing

Hi Martin,

Yes the check in ini_parms.F is one of the things that has to be  
commented out. There are several other
statements/calls in gad_calc_rhs.F and thermodynamics.F that I had to  
comment out/block. But it seems
to be working now. I had just hoped that there would be some magical  
combination of parameters (this
being the mitgcmUV) that would save me the effort.

Actually, and somewhat paradoxically, I'm doing this because I want  
to take veryyyyy long time steps
(like 1 year).
