Random occurrence, it seems. As luck would have it, for latest Arctic domain
EVP/LSR tests, but prior to the zmin=0/flooding=.true. change, it is the LSR
solution that crashes due to excessive snow at that exact same inlet while EVP
does not. So I agree, flooding needs to be on by default!
