Fixed the problem (I don't understand how I could introduce this  
stuff) and updated forward-lab_sea

I afraid so. The updated evp solver changes the output and since you  
are using evp for the adjoint, I am afraid that this will change the  
adjoint output as well. Sorry. But the modifications should make the  
solver less sensitive (so I am hoping).

Unfortunately it does not solve Dimitris problems with evp, rats.
