[MITgcm-devel] testing on faulks

Hi Chris,

I am trying to run the testing on faulks as jmc (instead of
edhill). I think it's simpler like this.
If it passes, I will put it in the crontab (so, for now, 
no need to put back the test_lcs job on edhill crontab).

for now, g77 (fwd+adm) & ifort (v9) ; will see for pgf later.
