Hi Patrick,

As you know, there are issues with the diagnostics package and DIVA;  
some fields are output as all zeros.  I can't really remember which  
ones these were exactly....I thought I'd try to see what works with  
dumpFreq and taveFreq

I'll go back to the diagnostics package...but its good to know if  
some output works one way and not the other.
