[MITgcm-devel] surface flux question for Jean-Michel

Jean-Michel, what is the correct first level depth to use in converting a 
temperature change to a surface heat flux?  Is it simply "drF * hFacC" under all 
circumstances?  Should ETAN be ignored?  Thx, Dimitris
