Martin, thank you for suggestions.  Server with pdf has gone offline for some 
reason.  I have contacted the administrator.  I am still experimenting with 
CS510.  On Arctic CS510 domain An is not getting the same problems and indeed 
when I use the same parameters in data file I can run OK with zmin=0 and with 
latest code.  I am still puzzled by what is going on.  More later, D.
