[MITgcm-devel] profiles binary output files

Hi Gael,

I proposed to change the suffix of profiles binary output files
from *.equi.bin to *.equi.data :
Patrick told me that they corresponds to model output at the 
location & time of the input profiles. 
Generally, model binary output files are *.data (reconized by
make CLEAN, and treated properly by CVS, in .cvsignore), 
whereas *.bin are mainly used as binary input files.

Is it a problem if I make this little modif in profiles_init_fixed.F ?
