[MITgcm-devel] cal_readparms

Hi there,

is there a good reason, why cal_readparms is called so late in  
package_readparms?
So far, the only reason appear to be that it need to be called before  
exf_readparms, and that's somewhere towards the end of  
packages_readparms.
I need to have it before gchem_readparms, but why not start with the  
time information, just after runclock_readparms?

If nobody objects, I'll change that.
