[MITgcm-devel] Pb with recent changes

Hi Patrick,

I just run few ad-test on faulks after my recent modifs,
and it's not working well.
It seems to be related to the 2 calls (MONITOR & DO_THE_MODEL_IO)
which have been moved out of the_main_loop.F,
since now TAF drop mytime & myiter from the argument list
of adthe_main_loop :

faulks{build}% diff ad_input_code_ad.f ../sav_03/

Can you fix this or should I un-do some of my changes ?
