Hi, I don't think the problem with the lab sea setup is Dimitris'. After updating my code versions simple adjoint setups that used to run in seconds now do not finish. I even have dynamics turned off. If it helps I find my sice.000000 output files are constantly growing as the entire (10 timestep) simulation repeats over and over again. Ian
