[MITgcm-devel] namelist for data.exf and no more data.exf_clim

Hi there,

as discussed, I have
o removed data.exf_clim
o gotten rid off almost all extra _CLIM_ routines
o split EXF_NML namelist into several ones
   (details in exf_readparms.F)

I think, all verification's are up to date.

We can now continue in the list of changes, i.e.
o add more fields (Dimitris' chlorophyl fields)
o do the more serious exf changes
