The correct way to eventually deal with sublimation in pkg/seaice would be with
negative precipitation, which would be properly removed either from the snow or
from ice if snow thickness is zero. Including sublimation in EVAP removes the
vapor from water under ice, which is wrong.
Hey, get back to your proposal ... I have a 2pm proposal deadline of my own (for
a Petabyte RAID system) to meet.
