[MITgcm-devel] suggestion llc/cubed sphere

Thanks everyone, especially David for cubeCalAngle.m

I know the angleCS and angleSN are in grid.* but usually they are just 1 and 0, because they are usually not in the 
*.mitgrid files (fields 17 and 18). I'll wait for Chris, or try to tamper with cubeCalAnlge (which I have not found yet, to be 
honest, where is it?)
