[MITgcm-devel] change testing

Hi,

I changed the testing frequency on ACES,
back to a daily testing.
And on eddy, start the test earlier (10.pm), 
with adjoint test first.
If this goes well, will probably reduce the frequency
of the test on eddy (to 3 or 4 per week).
