[MITgcm-devel] pickups: mdsio and mnc with unorthodox fields

Well, now EVP is checked in.

The trick with EVP is that you solve/step forward equations for the
three components of the (symmetric) stress tensor sigma. You need
pickups for those three fields. Currently, I have only enclosed the
writing and reading of those 3 fields with ifdef's, so that these
fields are always written and read, when the flag SEAICE_ALLOW_EVP is
defined, even though they only contain something other than zero,
when the runtime flag SEAICEuseEVP is true. This way you can run do,
say, spinup runs with VP and write pickups and as long as
SEAICE_ALLOW_EVP is defined, you can use these pickups for EVP runs,
although in the begining you start with zero stress, which is not
correct (you could in principle diagnose the stress also in VP runs),
but since EVP is stepped often within one external time step, the
stress should be OK after one external timestep.
