[MITgcm-devel] exf_readparms : too many continuation lines

Hi, 

global_wit_exf is failing on cg01 with ifc, because of a
rather stupid compiler problem:
> Error 9 at (2666:exf_readparms.f) : too many continuation lines

I don't think it would be too difficult to reduce the number of
lines in the namelist (just by putting 2 or 3 names / line)
below 100 (seems to be the limit for this compiler), and
this shoud fix it. Patrick, what do you think ?
