Hi Ed,

there's a little problem re. testreport for adjoints.
We'd like to be able to specify an AD_OPTFILE
in build/genmake_local
in the same way as we're able to do for OPTFILE.
For some reason testreport doesn't use it,
but takes the default in tools/adjoint_options/

I have removed the hard-wired line 

command="$command -adof=../../../tools/adjoint_options/adjoint_staf"

in testreport because it's no longer needed.
Instead, I've replaced all "taf" by "staf"
in all adof files, because nobody has local
taf installations any longer.

My hope was that this would make testreport
check for AD_OPTFILE in build/genmake_local
but it doesn't.
My new example is in
verification/bottom_ctrl_5x5/build/genmake_local

I guess it's easy to fix(?)
