You are right, the time stamp in the actual file header "2006/06/05 19:23:31" is 
OK.  The problem is only with the cvs code browser, which reports it as "Mon Jun 
5 18:23:31 2006 UTC".  I will follow your advice and ignore the cvs code browser 
time stamp.
