[MITgcm-devel] on-line docs: image alignment

Hi folks (esp. Chris & Andrea),

We discussed fixing the alignment of images produced by latex2html
during the docfest and I think I have one.  Compare the in-text
equations generated on hugo (which is using the standard latex2html
program):

  http://mitgcm.org/r2_web_testing/

with those generated on eddy (using my modified version):

  http://eddy.csail.mit.edu/r2/latest/
