[MITgcm-devel] itrda_notes.txt up to date ?

Hello Ed,

I tried to follow the instructions that you put in:
MITgcm/verification/cpl_aim+ocn/itrda_notes.txt

but get few errors:
1) -bash-2.05b$ module add mpich-gnu
> ?gnu$(39):ERROR:105: Unable to locate a modulefile for 'mpich-gnu'

Then I tried module add mpich

2) -bash-2.05b$ ./run_cpl_test_itrda 1
get soeme warning message like:
> pgf77-Warning-Unknown switch: -Wimplicit
> pgf77-Warning-Unknown switch: -Wunused
> pgf77-Warning-Unknown switch: -mfpmath=sse
> pgf77-Warning-Unknown switch: -msse
> pgf77-Warning-Unknown switch: -msse2
> pgf77-Warning-Unknown switch: -malign-double
Is it normal ?

3) the command: ./run_cpl_test_itrda 4
is not listed in itrda_notes.txt but apparently it works nicely.
