[MITgcm-devel] compile on GFDL's IC

Hi Patrick,
   I saw something to the effect that they were changing the mpi  
setup.  However, I haven't compiled  anything since then and so have  
no currently compatible optfiles.  I will add whatever you implement  
into mine, though.
