[MITgcm-devel] testing on ACES (aka itrda)

Hi Jean-Michel,

I located the recent monkey wrench in the ACES (aka itrda) testing.  My
UID was changed on ACES in order to harmonize it with the marshall NIS
domain and not all the files were converted during the switch-over.
Annoying, but now its fixed.
