Hi Chris and Alistair,
I tried to put back the former deep_convection tutorial
(tutorial_examples/nonhydrostatic_deep_convection from release1_branch)
following the recent changes in exp5.
the release1 tutorial has some problems (looks like it was not finished,
for intance the surfQfile is set to Qnet.circle that does not exist,
and the results/output.txt is in fact from exp5).
Can we trust the other parameters (viscosity & diffusion) from that data file ?
I tried also to run the present exp5 for a longer period, but it blows
up after 25 iterations (on linux box, with g77).
Not very good for a "verification" experiment. I will try other
compilers.
In the mean time, I put all the piece of the puzzle into this new
verification/tutorial_deep_convection dir., obviously without output.txt
See you,
Jean-Michel
