[MITgcm-devel] test viscA4 side-drag

Hi,

I think I will add a new input.viscA4 directory in
verification/global_ocean.cs32x15
to test things that are not presently tested:
- biharmonic viscosity on CS-grid
- biharmonic viscosity in side-drag (no-slip BC)
+ the combination of the 2.

It's not meant to be a real alternative choice of params
for this experiment (since I don't plan to spend time to
tune a little bit the coeffs there), but just to avoid this kind
of thing:
> o fix bug in mom_v_sidedrag (biharmonic viscosity was counted 2 times);
>   note that biharmonic viscosity + no-slip is not tested in any experiment.

If someone has a better suggestion ...
