I don't like having several levels of "include". It's hard to avoid
with CPP header, but until now, we manage to avoid this
for fortran header.
This makes the code much more difficult to understand,
intruduces lot of confusion, and is a potential source of errors.
and the more important, it is unnecessary (cf what I already
wrote in the response of your e-mail, Sept 12) !

Can we change it back ?
(We can talk about this later on today).
