Hi Baylor,

Well, lot of testing results changed, and some quiet a lot.
I might go back to some piece of mom_u,v_sidedrag.F
of the previous version, to separate between truncation
error differences and real changes.

Also, did not see any useful changes in mom_calc_visc.F
(the exch2 stuff is not used, the header_name are gone)
and will probably go back to earlier version for this
file.
