Hi Martin,

Its fixed!  And sorry for any inconvenience this caused.

In terms of model improvements, it would be nice if we removed the size
declarations from EEPARAMS.h (and put them in a smaller, separate
EESIZE.h or similar) since they are the *ONLY* things being modified by
the local copies in the various aim_* experiments.

Jean-Michel complained about exactly the same thing (a lot of sizes
being mixed in with variable definitions/commons) in mnc and I fixed it
this weekend.  So lets do the same to EEPARAMS.h...
