OK, its fixed!

And since you're the LAND and AIM guru, may I please have some help with
units?  I'd like to fill the missing values within:

  pkg/aim_v23/aim_mnc_init.F
  pkg/land/land_mnc_init.F

and I'll be happy to do the actual typing -- I'm just looking for
authoritative answers as to what the units should be for each variable
and if they ever change (eg. somehow depend upon the coord system or
other vars/options).
