[MITgcm-devel] towards better MatLAB post-processing

Hi Andrea & Jean-Michel,

If you get a chance, please take a look at:

  MITgcm/utils/matlab/gmt/rdnctiles.m

which implements what we talked about on Friday.  Its new so it probably
needs some polish and debugging.  But it does work nicely for me on the
6-tile C32 domains that I've tested it on so far.
