Hi Samar,

I've seen some preprocessors complain about syntax such as:

  -DNML_TERMINATOR="/"
  -DNML_TERMINATOR='/'

If you've been having trouble with the above using a non-GNU-cpp then
please try the GNU one since it works well pretty much everywhere.
