Hi Patrick,

I am going to remove the
#include "CG3D.h"
from forward_step.F, the_main_loop.F & the_model_main.F
since:
a) it has been around for quiet a long time, but not
   needed for the forward code.
b) any relevant state variable has been taken out it, so that
   if a N-H. common bloc needs to be there, it's not this one.
c) I don't see why TAF would need to see this common bloc
   and not CG2D.h (which plays a similar role for the 2-D solver)

Do you see a problem here ?
