Hi Dimitri,

I noticed (while I was changing the pkg/diagnostics) that the
calendarDumps implementation in diagnostics_write.F is not right.
I would have fixed it if it was cleaner (= according to the 
pkg "rules").
a) 1 call to a pkg/cal S/R (with the same argument list as
 DIFF_PHASE_MULTIPLE + dump2fileNow)
 that updates "dump2fileNow" if calendarDumps is True,
 and do nothing otherwise.
b) calendarDumps needs to be in data.cal (hold in cal.h), and
 not in the main data file and PARAMS.h

I am still willing to make the changes in diagnostics_write.F
when those 2 things are done.
