[MITgcm-devel] dic_example/data.diagnostics

Hi,

The initial check-in of data.diagnostics in
dic-exemple was with this message:
"example testing ptracers+dic+gchem with diagnostics, but set frequency
 so that does not write any additional output files"

But it has been modified recently to test some I/O options,
and frequencies have been changed so that it really writes stuff.

I think it's much better to do I/O testing with small domain
verification/exp., so that we can still run testreport
using a reasonable disk space (and it also slow down the
testing when lot of I/O are done).
And many other exp. already write diagnostics files,
and better candidate for I/O testing.

I will change back this data.diagnostics.
