Patrick -
Yes it is (sorry)...this is an offline run: ie. the model
uses already generated fields (those in input_off) to move
some tracers around in the ocean. 
If this is too much stuff for the check-out, I can get rid of
some of them (especially as we are only running 4 timesteps...)
