[MITgcm-devel] ptracers_calc_diff.F and some kappaRTr, kappaRk storing

Hi there,
a few small things:

(*)
There seems to be a bug in ptracers_calc_diff.F 
         CALL KPP_CALC_DIFF_S(
has one argument too much:
     U        KappaRtr,

(*) 
S/R thermodynamics and
S/R ptracers_implicit
need storing of arrays kappaRTr and kappaRk, respectively.

I am updating the repository.
