[MITgcm-devel] adjoint testing on faulks

Hi Patrick,

Jean-Michel has been bugging me to get the testing working on faulks
following the recent re-install of that system.  For a while, tests were
failing and it was my fault because some compilers (eg: staf) weren't in
the cron job's path.  Thats fixed and now only the adjoint tests are
failing at the link stage with:

  the_model_main.o(.text+0x172): In function `the_model_main__':
  : undefined reference to `adthe_main_loop__'
  collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
  make: *** [ad_taf] Error 1

so if you find some time maybe (please?) you could take a look?
