[MITgcm-devel] Intel compilers v9.0

Hi Constantinos,

I've just checked-in few little fixes so that most of the verification
tests pass when using ifort v9.0 on lagoon with "-ftrapuv"
(like the 1rst test you did on June 16).

There are still some problems with dic_example (in dic_biotic_forcing.F),
But in general, I found this test (with -ftrapuv) usefull, 
so I also checked-in the optfile as: 
linux_ia32_ifort9_ocean
(feel free to change the name if it does not match the stantard).
