Hi Martin,
If you'd like to reduce the volume you could use one of our CVS aliases:
http://mitgcm.org/using_cvs.html
such as:
cvs co MITgcm_verif_basic
which will significantly reduce both the number of tests run and the
disk space required. Also, if you or anyone else would like to change
or add to the list of CVS aliases, please let me know!
