Hi Patrick,

I did some re-arrangement yesterday (mainly in mon_fluxform.F
and around) and the AD test on faulks looks OK.
(we even gain 1 digit of matching in the gradient for HS94 )
So, may be I did not break too many things !
I will probably do an other tag (since so many output/cg2d_inires
have changed).
