[Alistair Adcroft]

Haine is visiting GFDL to sort out some MITgcm issues and he can't use CVS
via pserver nor as twnh at mitgcm.org because of permissions. Can we either
have pserver back or get Tom added to whatever group so he can checkout and
update?
