For items 0--2 you've checked in fixes so they're all set.

OK, thats not too hard to do -- I'll take care of it.

Yes, as soon as we have two vectors for the gridalt grids that are
equivalent to rC, rF then I can finish it.  This means implementing the
one-location vertical sum of dpphys which I don't completely understand.
