[MITgcm-devel] SSE and SSE2 and linux_ia32_g77

Hi Jean-Michel & Constantinos,

I just tested (on both a P4 and a PIII) and checked in a slight change
to the "linux_ia32_g77" optfile that should fix the SSE/SSE2 issue.

Let me know if you have any problems with it.
