[MITgcm-devel] genmake2 fails with netcdf on SUN

OK, now I can run genmake2 and compile everything with 
/usr/ccs/bin/make and /usr/bin/awk, provided that I use Ed's latest -F. 
fix and both Chris's and Alistair's suggestions (tr 'abc..' 'ABC...', 
and sed 'y/abc.../ABC.../') for the awk-lines with "toupper". should I 
check my genmake2 in (I personally prefer sed over tr)?
