[MITgcm-devel] calendarDump option

Salut Jean-Michel, I am adding capability for calendar-month and 
calendar-year dumps.  The goal is to average real months (31-day 
January, 28 or 29-day February, 31-day March, etc.) and years, whether 
leap or not.  The way I have implemented it right now, it is triggered 
by a PARM03 flag called calendarDumps, which replaces approximate 
monthly (30-31 days) and yearly (360-370 days) dumps with calendar 
monthly and yearly dumps, respectively.  Please suggest different 
interface if above is too quirky.
