Hi Martin,

You did all what was necessary to fix the restart problem,
and now it works well (and I don't have to change anymore
obcs_init_variables.F).

I also tested that PTRACERS_numInUse is not used if not initialized
(change in thermodynamics.F) and seems OK now.
