J-M,

Incredibly, I found it all. CC'ing to -devel so we don't lose the 
configuration again.

The code and output is at

   cg01:/SCRATCH/s02/adcroft/MITgcm/verification/hs94.cs-32x32x20

and the scripts for generating the figures (with the actual figures used 
in the paper still there) at

   cg01:/SCRATCH/s02/adcroft/runs/cg01-hs94.cs32x20

I remember going through the process of cleaning up the code so that 
that experiment could be checked into verification but, as always, it 
never got finished.
