[MITgcm-devel] mdsio pkg

Hi,

I would like to move back to eesupp/src few basic S/R
that are presently in pkg/mdsio:
mdsfindunit.F , mds_reclen.F and the 3 mds_byteswap.

The idea is to make MDSIO a true pkg, that could be turned off.
I managed to get 1 exp. to compile and to run correctly
without compiling mdsio pkg, but I add to move those 5 files
to eesupp/src.

Since those 5 S/R are not really doing I/O, and are also used
outside the mdsio pkg, in S/R that don't even call real mdsio S/R,
for me, they can perfectly be in eesupp/src.
