[MITgcm-devel] manual tex

Has anyone tried to compile the manual recently?
After 
   make clean 
and
   cvs update -d -P -D now
and
   make tex
I get

File `part3/case_studies/held_suarez_cs/inp_data.tex' not found.

File `part3/case_studies/held_suarez_cs/input/data.tex' not found.

File `part3/case_studies/held_suarez_cs/inp_data.pkg' not found.

File `part3/case_studies/held_suarez_cs/input/data.pkg' not found.

File `part3/case_studies/held_suarez_cs/inp_data.shap' not found.

ETC...
