[MITgcm-devel] thsice bug

I just recompiled and ran the coupled setup for the first time in 
about 4 weeks.  There was an error from the thsice package when 
writing the ice state in MNC format.  The STDERR file:

(PID.TID 0000.0001) *** ERROR *** MNC ERROR: dimension 'Z' does not 
exist for file 'thsice_snapshot.0000.000001.nc'

And there is nothing interesting in the STDOUT file.  I remember the 
this file begin written out before I left, so maybe one of the more 
recent changes altered things (There were a series of changes 3 weeks 
ago).  I looked around the code but was unable to figure out how to 
make the fix.   Any suggestions / fixes would be welcome. 
Interestingly, this error in NOT seen with the AIM cube sphere set up 
using thsice!
